Songs from Joe’s Chapel
In 2020, during the first summer of the Covid-19 pandemic, I wrote a cycle of piano miniatures in every key. The piece is named after my piano studio in the woods of New York’s northern Westchester County, which in turn, is named after my father, Joe Cabaniss, who died in 2018.
